Our Promise!

1. We promise that we will be set up on time and have music playing for your guests based upon the hours designated in your agreement.

2. We promise to be properly attired according to the nature of your event and your instructions. Tuxedo wear is our standard attire for weddings and other formal occasions.

3. We promise that all of our staff are trained and experienced professionals who will provide all of the services included in your agreement and we will be using professional quality, state-of-the-art equipment to reproduce your favorite music.

4. We promise to make ourselves available during the advanced planning of your event and provide you with any assistance we can to assure that your event is as stress free as possible.

5. We promise that we will bring thousands of titles of the most popular dance music ever recorded to your event. Music will be available ranging from the roaring 20’s and big band music of the 40’s to the most current country, rock, R & B and alternative dance music being played on the local radio stations. However, the styles of music actually played at your event will be determined by your instructions.

6. We promise to encourage and accept requests from your guests and play those that conform to the guidelines you have set forth.

7. We promise to perform to our professional best and make every effort to assure that your event lives up to your expectations.

8. We promise that if we fail to meet any of our responsibilities to you, you will receive a partial or full refund as is appropriate to the circumstances.
