Ceremony Services


Ceremony Added to Any Reception Package 
(Needing Separate Sound System at the Same Venue):

Packages include as much time as you need for your prelude and ceremony services as well as any pre-planning advice on activities and music selection.  It also includes the equipment listed in each package below.  Select that package based upon the needs you actually have.  You can always change your package later if you find that your needs have changed.

Basic Ceremony Music Set-Up: 

Description – For prelude and ceremony music including processional, bridal march, recessional, soloist accompaniment or other special music to be played during the ceremony.  The rates below apply to ceremonies taking place at the same venue, but a different room or area from the reception, thereby requiring a separate sound set-up
Equipment - Mini-sound system. - 2 self powered speakers, CD players, full mixing board and assistance selecting and acquiring the specific music you desire for your activities.  Ask about rental fees if you have specialized or additional equipment needs

Basic Ceremony PA Set-Up:

Description – When you are using live musicians for your actual ceremony music, but still need microphones and amplification for your minister and a reader or soloist.
Equipment – Mini-sound system with 2 self powered speakers, a microphone mixer, and two microphones (lavaliere or handhelds with or without a stand).

Basic Ceremony Music & PA:

Description – When you need both recorded music for your ceremony activities and amplification for your minister and / or a reader.
Equipment – Mini-sound system with 2 self powered speakers, CD players, full mixing board, assistance selecting and acquiring specific music for processional, bridal march and recessional, and a microphone (wireless lavaliere or handheld microphone with or without a stand) to provide necessary sound reinforcement for your ceremony.



Ceremony Services
(Needing Separate Sound System "off site"):


Ceremonies taking place “off site”, at totally separate locations or venues are contracted separately.  (See below, ceremony only packages)

Ceremony Only: Daytime Package

Description – For prelude & ceremony music.  Restricted to morning or early afternoon events scheduled to end no later than 4:00 PM.  Music for specific activities customized to suit needs and tastes of the client.
Equipment - Mini-sound system. - 2 self powered speakers, CD players and mixer and sound technician for operation.  Ask about rental fees if you have specialized or additional equipment needs such as microphones for ministers or soloists.
Personnel - One DJ / Sound Technician (1) Staff person
         
Ceremony Only: Evening Package

Description – For prelude & ceremony music for events going beyond 4:00 PM.  Music for specific activities customized to suit needs and tastes of the client.
Equipment - Mini-sound system. - 2 self powered speakers, CD players and mixer and sound technician for operation.  Ask about rental fees if you have specialized or additional equipment needs such as microphones for ministers or soloists.
Personnel - One DJ / Sound Technician (1) Staff person

Note: If you have lesser needs for your ceremony (only one speaker for smaller groups, background music only, etc), let us know and we will price out your equipment needs to assure that you are only paying for the equipment you actually need for your event.





Additional Sound Reinforcement, Services and Enhancements


Photo Booth:  When added to any reception package. - $795.00  for three hours   Includes an attendant. Unlimited photos.        

Video Confessional:  No videographer.  No problem.  A private curtained area where your guests can leave video messages for the bride and groom.  Includes attendant.  Clips edited together onto a DVD for the couple to view later.

Mini-System: A smaller sound system suitable for prelude & ceremony music in a separate location from the reception.

Microphone Mixer:  When needing PA only or to add microphones above what a standard mixer can accommodate (2)

Wireless Lavaliere Microphone:  For minister or other speaker during ceremony

Wireless Hand Held Microphone:  For readers or soloists use during ceremony

Corded Microphone:  Same as above where mobility is not needed

Microphone Stand:  To allow for hands free operation

Classic Wired Microphone + stand:  For a more classic look in photos when used for toasts during reception – a popular add on for a classier image

Karaoke System:  CD+G player, monitor, stand, CD+Gs & two microphones for karaoke singers to put on a show

Bose Premium Sound System Upgrade:  For the ultimate in elegance and sound quality

Satellite Speaker:  (JBL 10” speaker)  Remote speakers placed to send music or announcements to another room or area

Satellite Speaker: (JBL 15” speaker)  Remote speakers placed to send music or announcements to another room or area 

Portable Sound System:  Conceal it under a table or behind a chair to provide background music in a small cocktail area

15” Mini-sub Cabinet:  To add a little extra bass for larger groups 

15” Full Powered Sub:  For very large groups where you need some extra thump

Connection Fee:  To connect musical instruments or other outside devices to our sound system set up.

Customized Recordings: Come into our office and record a special message from you to your dad to be played  just before you walk down the aisle or from the bride and groom to each other to be played as you begin your first dance
