Providing entertainment for your family and guests at your party or reception may seem like an easy task.
Entertainment is the SINGLE MOST LIKELY event to leave the greatest lasting impression on your guests.
Interviews with guests of past parties and receptions have shown that the first recollection that came to mind was the music.
The Power of Music
Music has the power to set large groups of people at ease when it's time to serve the meal and then get them on their feet when it's time to dance the night away. When the guests are at ease, so are the bride and groom.
With an A & A DJ there to provide the entertainment, the happy couple is free to visit with their guests and respective families.
Even if your event is in the middle of the day, and you don't really expect the guests to get involved in much dancing, the music provided during dinner and the formalities is enough to make for a much more memorable occasion.
What Form of Music Should You Use?
Should you hire a Disk Jockey or hire a live band? What kind of music should you ask them to play?

Music Selection

There are bands that can provide a relatively wide selection of music, but even those groups often lack the ability to cover a wide range of audience requests.

We can play special music you may have brought at the last minute
Set Up Time
2 - 4 hours set up time, depending on the size of the ensemble
If another event is booked just prior to yours, the band may not have enough time to set up properly or will still be setting up after your guests arrive.
60 – 90 minutes dependingon the complexity of your package
This gives you greater flexibility when booking a facility since most will not book any two back-to-back events any closer than two hours.
