Quality Training
|
|
All of the disc jockeys working for A & A, regardless of their background or experience, are required to go through our extensive training program.
Because our standards of excellence are much higher than most DJ services and because we have enjoyed such success in our 25 years in business, only the very best make the grade to work for us.

Our DJs Also Receive Extensive Training

They are each trained to read an audience and anticipate the music they will respond well to and how to handle any other activities that might take place.
We make certain that they are familiar with the customs and traditions surrounding weddings and receptions so that they can be of even greater assistance to our clients. Our most experienced personnel can quite literally take over and direct the reception if necessary.

All of Our DJs are Treated as Employees

We never subcontract work out to independent DJ services or to booking agencies. We provide the disc jockeys with the top quality sound and lighting equipment they use.
We also provide them with the greatest selection of music available anywhere and make certain that all those “special” requests you’ve asked for (when obtainable) are there and ready to be played at your event.

We Give Our DJs Every Incentive to Provide the Best Service
|
They are paid based on the duration of your event. So if your guests are having a wonderful time and choose to stay longer, the disc jockey profits. We also provide our disc jockeys with bonuses and other incentives to encourage them to give their very best at every event.
Beware of services that offer 'flat pricing,' where you pay a flat rate for anything up to "x" hours. The incentive for the disc jockey to really get involved "may" be reduced, since the disc jockey makes the same amount whether the event lasts 2 hours or 5 hours.

We Always have a Backup DJ on Call
|
|
Our personnel take their responsibilities very seriously. But should an emergency such as illness or injury occur, it’s nice to know that your event will still go off without a hitch. We make a habit of always keeping at least one disc jockey in an "on call" status.
This means that if something should happen to prevent the disc jockey assigned to your event from performing, the backup disc jockey would simply take over their duties and you don’t have to worry about a last minute cancellation.

We at A & A operate under the premise that every event and audience is different and that each client should be able to have the type of celebration they want.
Especially in the case of couples planning a wedding. We know that there is not one generic wedding reception format that will please everyone. We believe that every bride and groom, whether they realize it or not, develops a clear mental image of what THEIR rehearsal dinner or wedding reception should be like, and it isn't the same as everyone else's.
That is why we utilize extensive questionnaires for our clients to complete and recommend that our clients meet with us so that we can customize both the music and our performance to meet THEIR needs.

We assure the professional quality of our disc jockey’s performances in several ways. Every client is sent an evaluation form following their event to complete and return to us so that we can ensure their satisfaction.
In addition, we often drop by events where our disc jockeys are performing to be sure that they are doing everything they can to make our clients happy.

Attire
|

We understand the importance of good taste at a formal gathering.
|
Therefore there is no additional charge for tuxedo attire.
If your occasion is less formal, and you want the disc jockey dressed to suit the festivities, this can also be easily arranged.
